misleading upgrade

Our check-in experience was disorganized and frustrating. Despite a confirmed reservation for the Korali Palace, we were pressured to accept a supposed upgrade to a different hotel, which felt misleading. This left me quite annoyed from the start, as I specifically booked this hotel for its reviews and location.

the check-in at this 'establishment' was a complete disarray, as I was offered a questionable 'upgrade' that no one asked for. breakfast options could use a major overhaul, so monotonous after just 2 days. naturally, I expected a complimentary gesture for my trouble but received nothing, absoluteley disappointing.
